Terms & Conditions
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Returning Undamaged or Non-Defective Goods
As all Standards manufactured to order, unless the product is defective, you will not be able to return any product.
We can only accept the return of items if they are faulty or were supplied in error.
Please note that, unless the product is defective, you will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, i.e. unopened and with any seals or shrink-wrapping intact. Please also be aware that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods.
We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened
items if they are faulty or were supplied in error. Where we collect an
item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection
Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
- Damaged Goods: If you have taken delivery of a package and it or the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 working days of receipt for exchange.
- Faulty Goods: You have the right to return any faulty goods within 14 days. Please keep all the supplied information that accompanies your item as this may be needed.
EU Distance Selling
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days of receipt of the order for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the products value. This cancellation policy does affect your rights when we are at fault for example, if goods are faulty or not as described.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
